The Sims 4 C-A-S Demo Pictures and Review!!
These are a few pictures from The Sims 4 C-A-S Demo! I jumped in and created myself. It looks nothing like me, lol!
I did find that doing your everyday, athletic, formal, sleepwear and party wear slightly confusing. (Party wear is a new wear). Instead of being sorted into everyday, athletic, formal etc, it was sorted into jeans, tops, etc. It looked like this:
I found it slightly annoying, as I was jumping between tops, jeans, etc and then into a different wear. I found that TS2 and TS3 style was easier. It was definitely sorted carefully. For example, in Everyday wear, tops were sorted into jackets, t-shirts, sweaters and more.
Let's move onto hair styles. Once again, sorted. I found it nice. You had accessories for your hair, and hats finally had their own place.
Now, for the body customization. It sort of liked the sculpting- I was never a big fan of sliders. I could choose specific areas of my sim- finally, I could reshape their butt!! Sculpting their body was fun too. Suddenly, sims could have curves!! If you really wanted to edit their face, just click on their face and go into detail. I could resize their pupils!!
They brought back aspirations from The Sims 2. Every aspiration had another aspiration hidden within it. Every aspiration unlocked a bonus trait.
In the demo, you can only have three traits. I hope it isn't in the game! I found the traits better than TS3. They seemed like they would make an impact on my sim's life. You also could change their walk and voice.
I found it enjoyable and I can't wait to mess around and review it some more! I do wish that you could customize the colours of your sim's clothes. Also, I saw more tattoos than in TS3 base game. I like the look of it, and it wasn't as laggy as TS3. The Gallery was nice too.
